Olga communicated immediately throughout and was so warm and friendly. My husband and I had such fun unwrapping them when they arrived so it was a truly joyful purchasing and unboxing experience. CUSTOM DUTIES and IMPORT VAT:
The receipt and commercial invoice of purchase is included in the package - all international orders have included those for custom services according to law, even if the order is marked as a gift.
Custom duties and import VAT
I don't responsible for any customs duties or import VAT charges. This depends on your local rules and these are different in every country.
Currently, Etsy collects local taxes for some States in United States, Australia, United Kingdom (orders under 135 pounds), EU (orders under €150), and some more - this tax would be automatically added to the price of the order and paid directly on Etsy.
Refunds and Exchanges
I'm sure that you will happy with you purchase at my gallery, but If for some reason you are not satisfied with your art piece, I will accept returns in 14 business days and refund purchase price (shipping cost is not refundable). Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Original Paintings and Paper Fine Art Prints are shipped within 1-3 business days from cleared payment.
Prints on stretched Canvas and Framed Canvas Prints Shipped within 7 working days as they require more producing time.
All the items shipped, include confirmation number.
Standard shipping times are as follows:
International Registered post approximately 10-45 work days.
Orders to US:
arriving within 2-10 days from the shipment date.
Express shipping to US - please upgrade at checkout for faster shipping option.
